This Privacy Policy applies to all services provided by SHIVNEM GRAPHICS, including our specialized Printing Services and our comprehensive Digital Solutions (Custom Software, CRM, AI Automation, and Platform Management). As a Business-to-Business (B2B) entity, we prioritize the protection of commercial data and intellectual property across both physical and digital ecosystems.
Information We Collect
Business Information: Names, contact numbers, email addresses, and GST details necessary for professional transactions.
Operational Data: Project files, design assets, and logos provided for printing or production purposes.
Digital Solution Data: Account credentials, business workflow details, and database schemas provided for custom software or CRM development.
Platform Managed Data: Information necessary for managing third-party listings (IndiaMART, Google Ads, etc.) on behalf of the client.
Design & Content Rights
All design files, custom codebases, and brand assets submitted to or developed through SHIVNEM GRAPHICS remain the sole property of the client. We act as a service provider and do not claim ownership over customer assets. Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess the necessary legal rights and copyrights for all materials provided.
Data Security Protocols
We implement industrial-grade security protocols to protect your proprietary designs and digital infrastructure. For digital solutions, we utilize encrypted storage and monitored environments. Access is strictly limited to authorized staff involved in the specific design, development, or production of your project.
Manufacturing & Digital Policy
Printing Defects: In the event of a material defect caused by our staff, we will reprint the job at no cost if reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Digital Deliverables: For software and digital solutions, we provide a UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phase. Once approved and deployed, subsequent modifications may be subject to separate maintenance agreements.
Liability: We are not responsible for errors in client-provided files or incorrect business requirements provided during the development phase.
